Data Protection Officer

Personal data subject to processing
- Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (IP address). This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. Such data are also used to a strictly necessary and proportionate extent to ensure network and information security, i.e. the ability of a network or information system to resist, at a given level of security, unforeseen events or illicit or malicious acts that compromise the availability, authenticity, integrity and confidentiality of personal data stored or transmitted and the security of the related services offered or made accessible through such networks and systems.
- Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the email. It is ensured that such processing will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of confidentiality as indicated in Legislative Decree 196/03. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the sites set up for particular services on request.
- Cookies
Cookies are short fragments of text (letters and/or numbers) that allow the web server to store information on the client (the browser) to be reused during the same visit to the site (session cookies) or later, even after several days (persistent cookies). Cookies are stored, based on the user's preferences, by the individual browser on the specific device used (computer, tablet, smartphone).
Persons authorized to process data and methods of processing
The processing of personal data by the Data Controller is carried out only by authorized or designated personnel, previously trained and who have received the relevant instructions. Specific technical and organizational security measures are adopted to protect information from alteration, destruction, loss, theft or improper or illegitimate use.
Place and recipients of processing
Personal data are processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller or the Data Processors with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security provided for by current legislation. No data is disclosed. The personal data provided by users are used for the sole purpose of performing the service and are possibly communicated to other personnel authorized to process them within the MiC or to other public or private entities only if this is required by legal obligations.
Data retention period
In order to ensure correct and transparent processing, the data are stored for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed in accordance with the provisions of the law. Personal data will be processed in compliance with the principle of "storage limitation" pursuant to art. 5, par. 1, letter e) of the GDPR

These are strictly necessary cookies, essential for the correct functioning of the sites and are used to manage the login, access to reserved functions and correct navigation in the dynamic parts of the site.
